Cronenberg włoskiej prowincji. Aby tylko wpasować się w nieludzkie standardy konkursu piękności Reginetta skazuje się dobrowolnie na nieomal średniowieczną torturę. Jeżeli istniały dla niej kiedyś granice ofiary, jaką może ponieść dla podwyższenia statusu, ból dręczonego ciała dawno już je zatarł.

Federico Russotto, Włochy Reżyser
Federico Russotto (Rzym, 1996). Po ukończeniu szkoły średniej przeniósł się do Londynu, gdzie studiował reżyserię i pisanie scenariuszy na Royal Holloway i Ravensbourne University. W 2019 roku został przyjęty na kurs reżyserski w Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia w Rzymie. W 2021 roku jego krótkometrażowy ‘The Opponent’ otrzymał specjalne wyróżnienie jury w konkursie Alice nella Città i był nominowany do prestiżowej nagrody Student Academy Awards 2022. Jego kolejny film krótkometrażowy ‘Reginetta’ był prezentowany w konkursie 37. Międzynarodowego Tygodnia Krytyków Filmowych w Wenecji i zdobył nagrodę za najlepszy wkład techniczny.
Federico Russotto (Rome, 1996). After high school, he moved to London where he studied directing and screenwriting at Royal Holloway and Ravensbourne University. In 2019 he was admitted to the directing course at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. In 2021, his short ‘The Opponent’ received the jury special mention in Alice nella Città competition and was nominated at the prestigious 2022 Student Academy Awards. His next short ‘Reginetta’, was presented in competition at the 37th Venice International Film Critics’ Week and it won the Best Technical Contribution Award.
